Payment Information:
• The only payment method accepted is cash
• Payment should be settled at the beginning of the month to reserve the spot for the
player on schedule.
• The monthly registration will be automatically renewed for the month after unless
players wish to stop the registration. The academy must be informed by a direct
message or call before the beginning of the next month.
Attendance Policy:

• The spot is reserved for the player for the full month, no makeup or change of time can
be made after the month has begun.
• In case of sickness, the player can make up for the missed session after informing the
academy by sending a direct message or call.
• Any cancellation of the session should be done before at least one week.
• In case of cancellation less than a week prior, the session will be counted in the monthly
registration package without any makeup.
Public Holidays Policy:
The academy will be closed on the 25th and 31st of December and 1st January of each year.
The academy will always be providing sessions to its players even during public holidays unless
we inform you in a direct message that we will be closing by specifying the exact reasons.
Code of Ethics and Conduct for Players/Parents
Players and parents must respect the academy staff and coaches in addition to all the
equipment
In case of disrespect towards any staff or coach, the coach has the right to stop the session and
expel the player inside of the court.
Any form of bullying is unacceptable in our academy, the coach will be very firm and will not
tolerate any of it.
Safety Guidelines: (optional insurance)
Players and parents aren’t allowed to go inside the court before the kid’s session has begun.
Players are not allowed to go outside of the court once the session has started.
Players must be wearing appropriate tennis outfits; tennis shoes, sportswear…
Parents must come 10 minutes earlier to pick up their kids so they don’t stay alone once the
session has finished.
